Class Schedule

Yoga Classes

Join me for a Hatha yoga class on the following days at Rustenburg Girls High School (open to all). Click here to view map and directions.

 

Morning Classes: 06h15 - 07h15 Tuesday and Thursday

Evening Classes: 18h30 - 19h30 Monday and Wednesday 

*R100 drop-in ~ R90 one class per week ~ R80 two classes per week ~ R10 mat hire  

 

Private yoga sessions available on request. Contact me if you are interested in a one-on-one, duo, or private group class with friends at a venue of your choice.

Calming Nature Walks

The natural environment is a very condusive space to listen. In the silence there is space. In the space there is letting go. And in the letting go is authenticity. Walking silently and mindfully in nature helps us tune in to ourselves.

 

I have been tuning in through walking in nature for more years than I can remember. Table Mountain and its surrounding forests are like an old friend and I would love to share these magical spaces. It need not be a strenous hike... a simple stroll on the beach or in a park is all that is required to start tuning in through being in nature.  

 

Walks are customised to fit any level of fitness, with guided meditation on request. Cape Town has nature in abundance... Contact me, let's enjoy it together.   

Mindfulness & Meditation

Meditation Classes: 19h30 - 20h00 Monday & Wednesday (after yoga at RGHS)

*R50 drop-in ~ R30 if you join for yoga beforehand

Healthy Eating, Healthy Living

Tuning In partners up with Munchwize, registered dietitians, to bring you the healthy approach to food and nutrition. In order to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle, we need to fuel our body with all things good (and yummy). This means tuning in to what our specific individual requirements are.

 

A holistic approach to life includes being mindful of what our bodies need - and food plays a very important part in how we relate to ourselves and to the world around us. Knowing what to eat, and being mindful of how we eat, will have a positive effect on our well-being.

Earth Fingers

Join mother & daughter team, Marion & Fran, in the garden. Our regular workshops are designed to introduce budding gardeners and plants-lovers to grow your own food. Hanging basket workshops and container gardening workshops are the focus if we need to be indoors due to foul weather. Invite your friends and spend a nurturing morning with earth on your fingers.
