Calming Nature Walks

The natural environment is a very conducive space to listen. In the silence there is space. In the space there is letting go. And in the letting go is authenticity. Walking silently and mindfully in nature helps us to tune in to ourselves.

 

Fran has been tuning in through walking in nature for more years than she can remember. Table Mountain and its surrounding forests are like an old friend and she would love to share these magical spaces. It need not be a strenuous hike... a simple stroll on the beach or in a park is all that is required to start tuning in through being in nature.  

 

Walks are customised to fit any level of fitness, with guided meditation on request. Cape Town has nature in abundance... Contact Fran, let's enjoy it together.
